Guest Must Climb Stairs
Inside of the house there is one step to get to the mudroom, guest room and guest bath. There is a step to enter and exit the guest bathroom.
Outside of the house there are 3 steps to enter from the side of the house.
The outside deck has steps to the bar-b-que and steps to the fire pit area.
Potential for Noise During Stay
The house is on a road surrounded by farms. You may hear cars, tractors, cows, dogs, chickens, wildlife and families enjoying and working in the great outdoors.
Pet(s) Live on Property
No pets live on premises but it is very common for dogs, cats and occasionally cows (they think our grass is greener :) to be walking through the property.

For safety, there are two outdoor security cameras facing the driveway.

The river area of Tennessee is full of wildlife, farm animals, bugs and reptiles! Neighboring farms have cows, horses, dogs and cats. There are song birds, ground hogs, squirrels, armadillos, wild turkeys, river otters, snakes, fire flies, butterflies etc. The house has regular pest control service

There is a river behind the property. It is fenced private farm property with no guest access. Guests have an unrestricted view of the river but no access from the property.
Heights Without Rails or Protection
Sparta is renown for Blue Springs Cave. There is no public access to the cave. Many properties have unique geological formations, natural springs and limestone. This property slopes down in the back yard and has a rock formation that in the past was a natural spring - It is unsafe to traverse.
